"What do your work colleagues and your partner and kids have in common with a five-tonne killer whale? Perhaps a lot more than you think? During a visit to SeaWorld, disillusioned business manager and family man Wes Kingsley is amazed at the ability of trainers to teach killer whales to perform acrobatic leaps and dives. Through learning some of the simple techniques of the trainers, Wes discovers how to apply them to his own life and become a better manager at work and a more committed parent and partner at home." - back cover.
