In this companion to the groundbreaking WHAT REALLY WORKS FOR KIDS, award-winning complementary health writer Susan Clark offers essential guidance on how to look and feel great at all stages of your life. Written with her usual no-nonsense, easy-access style, Susan tackles a host of issues - including: * How work hard, play hard and still look and feel great.. * How to stay fit, active and healthy at each stage of your life using nature's healing remedies... * How to cope with stress, energy depletion, menopause, and many other age-related problems... Here, too, as she scours the world for the new generation of herbs and supplements that will tackle specific lifestyle and health conditions - from onset diabetes to chronic fatigue - Susan offers up-to-the-minute scientific evidence on how and why these work. Practical, accessible and comprehensive in its approach, WHAT REALLY WORKS FOR YOU is another classic alternative health guide from one of the most respected writers in this field.
