Mr Wilkerson has provided a very valuable resource that management should use to develop leaders in their sales organization. The mastery of the fundamentals of sales leadership will allow an organization to achieve a competitive advantage and grow market share. As executives it is essential that we get our sales people to embrace and consistently execute the 22 habits of effective sales to gain mastery over its competition.
