Chupi and Luke Sweetman, the teenage children of Irish writer Rosita Sweetman, had to relearn what to eat because of their struggles with food allergies. They live with their mother in Wicklow, Ireland.

Patricia Quinn is a nutritionist and kinesiologist who specializes in working with children. Quinn lives in Ireland.
