About the author (2003)

Alonzo DeMello has his doctorate in psychology, and is a graduate of the American Institute of Hypnosis and the Gracie Institute of Hypnosis. He has been in practice for 41 years as a hypnotherapist. Dr. DeMello's expertise in hypnosis was recognized in a feature story about his professional services, published in a leading magazine with worldwide circulation. He served six years on the Hawaii Advisory Commission on Drug Abuse and Controlled Substances, is a former 82nd Airborne paratrooper, motorcycle dirt track champion, and exhibitor of show dogs.
