He gives powerful speeches on leadership, diversity, character building and relationships that complement his books and experience in the same subjects.He has earned numerous awards throughout his career which started in the manufacture of Tactical Laser Weapons for the US Army. Over the years he held leadership positions in Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, Engineering & Test and Program Management in product lines that span both defense and commercial applications.
