I love it!!!!! Sometimes the things customers say are so ironically funny, and can leave you saying, I can't believe you said that. But you got to love them. The book captures just how amusing and refreshing some of these encounters between customer rep in any industry and customer can be/ Good read......

Being in the customer service Industry VJ Starr has captured what we go through with speaking to the public. Not only can you take this book of humor just for the airline industry customer service department but it is Universal for all Customer Service Agents. A good and quick read. Good Gift.

This Book entitled You Said What??? The Most Hilarious Things People Say When They Call An Airlines Call Center is V.J. STARR'S first book. A native of Boston, Massachusetts, V.J. moved to New York to pursue her career with a major communications company. She found her niche working for a major airlines in New York, and venturing to Florida. Having had the glory of 17 years plus experience as a Reservation Sales Agent (RSA), V.J. STARR has heard it all and has assisted many, many customers with thousands of questions and concerns regarding their travel plans. Some of their concerns were hilarious, some unbelievable, some bizarre but through it all V.J., loved the challenges of helping people with their travel arrangements. Now since retired from the airlines, V.J. STARR now resides in Atlanta, Georgia and wants to take full advantage of her lifetime flying privileges to travel worldwide to engage in Book Signing Events as she shines her light of smiling and laughter to everyone.
