About the author (2010)

Betty Dayeh was born and raised in Jaffa, Israel. In 1978 she married her late husband, Munir Abu-Ghazaleh, and moved to Amman, Jordan. There, she met the Lord, and in order to grow in her newfound faith, she enrolled in Bible College. She began her first ministry by feeding the poor; soon after, she learned to play the guitar and lead the worship in their home Bible study. Eventually, she became a teacher of the Word and began leading different women ministries in both homes and churches. After her daughter's and husband's passing, she immigrated to the United States. Today, she and her daughter Luma reside in San Diego, and both attend Word of Life Worship Center Church.
