very interesting book
Most of the citations are of the authors' own publications. While the authors may be great trainers or instructors, I see nothing new, and in fact, everything I read is well known, common sense, or basic.Granted, I have a master's degree in instructional design, so maybe my viewpoint is biased. Please judge for yourself. As far as the above quotes, which rave about this book, I am skeptical.
