About the author (2018)

Tanya Curtis is a Behaviour Specialist, Counsellor and the founding director of Fabic – a multi-disciplinary Behaviour Specialist Centre supporting children and adults. Through Tanya’s clinical experience she has come to realise that the way in which she lives, including the way in which she treats herself, has significant impact on the way she is with her clients, staff and everyone else. Through the teachings of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine she has come to embrace that caring for herself allows her to truly support other people. Tanya knows that all people’s state of psychological wellbeing is significantly impacted by the way in which we care for our self and thus, loving our self becomes the foundation for supporting others in full – a recipe for increased self-esteem and improved psychological wellbeing for all.
