About the author (2014)

G. MacGuffin was a traveling circus clown from age 19 for a bit, then a musician on the road and otherwise for a much longer bit. In the early 1990s he wanted to be a writer for a living. But after getting published a few times and paid for it, he went to law school instead.

He uses a pseudonym so as not to mess with his RL SEO. (Also, he was 27 when he wrote this, and a different dude than now.)
