He makes you want to believe, however there are two many contradictions in what he presents. That said this is a great book to learn about persuasion. The way he builds off of a few truths and what we want to hear. From that angle it was great. Read full review
Wonderful book, however not one mention of the importance of hydration in a functioning system. If you review the index there is no “water” or “hydration” category. So, considering water is of such significance to our life, it’s a shame that walnuts get more attention.
