Factual. (fiction but full of facts.) This is a fun book to use when paired with the TV show. Also good for students that can read on their own so that they can read all of the speech bubbles on their own time. Read full review

About the author (1997)

Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen, the author and illustrator of the Magic School Bus books, have collaborated for twenty years, bringing humor and true kidlike curiosity to science and learning.
