About the author (2003)

Julie Aigner-Clark, founder, is a full-time mother of two little girls and is also a former teacher. She conceived the idea for The Baby Einstein Company out of a desire to provide baby-friendly exposure to music, art, and poetry for her own children.

Marcy Kelman is a freelance writer and editor who has worked in publishing for fifteen years. She has written titles for Disney's Little Einsteins line, including Butterfly Suits, June's New Shoes, Quincy's Dream, Annie's Solo Mission, Leo's Baton, Pirate's Treasure, and How We Became the Little Einsteins. Marcy lives in Monroe, Connecticut, with her husband and two children, Jack and Josie.
