There are not any spins in the book.. everything is done on the floor holding on to the pole... thought there would be some actual on the pole instructions. very disappointed. This book is going back. Read full review

The book is interesting. I am not sure if I would recommend it to anyone. I am into pole fitness and this book did not help much. I wish this company would make a video. Read full review
