About the author (2016)

Currently an award-winning writer in corporate advertising, Marla Benjamin received a degree in English from Northwest Missouri State University. She taught middle school and high school English before moving into corporate America. An avid cycling and exercise enthusiast, she is also a fan of men’s college and NBA basketball. In fact, she credits the Oklahoma City Thunder for helping her discover the perfect backdrop for her debut novel.
