No Practical Yoga Lessons, only Philosophy. Feeling cheated.

I do not find any yoga asan , pranayam pics or procedures, total philosophy.Not for beginners who want to learn asans snd pranayams. Shame on all writers who wrote reviews saying it teaches yoga. Cheap publicity stunt to sell. Read full review
