When this online book was scanned, many of the pages were crooked. This is especially true in the index and table of contents pages. If these two sections were rescanned straight-on, it would be immensely helpful. Since this book runs nearly 1400 pages, it is extremely useful to be able to search by page number, and sometimes by names.
