Daniel Jacobs has contributed to several Rough Guides, including West Africa, Morocco, Egypt and India. Peter Morris wrote the original edition of this book in 1985 and once played a game of football with Glen Hoddle.

Stephen Keeling has lived in East Asia for over a decade and is a contributor on "The Rough Guide to Spain".Brice Minnigh lived in Hong Kong for ten years working as a journalist. He has written for "ActionAsia" magazine and has travelled all over the region.

Zora OaNeill is a Spanish speaking free-lance writer and editor in addition to writing for Rough Guides. She is co-author of the forth coming Rough Guide to the YucatAn and has recently worked as an updater on the Rough Guide to Mexico.
