He links dehydration of the body to diseases such as ulcers, Alzheimer's, hypertension, high cholesterol and arthritis, among others. In part two, Dr. Colbert addresses the need to detoxify our bodies by reducing the levels of poisons and pollutants we take in and by improving elimination. Proper digestion and its effects on an individual's overall health are addressed in part three. Dr. Colbert discusses live foods as opposed to dead foods. Part four outlines essential minerals. Dr. Colbert discusses antioxidants in part five. This healthy lifestyle guide is concluded with discussions about oxygen, exercise, health and attitude.
