I was in a muddle of a job in the late 1970s when I found this wonderful little book. Applying the concepts and techniques that Mr. Lakein outlines made a tremendous difference. So much so that I still use his ideas every day. Even words of the greatest wisdom are meaningless unless one takes action based on them. So, don't just read this book -- use it!
