I started using this book when recovering from a lumbar spinal fusion & it’s an incredible resource. Almost a decade later, I still use what I learned from the book. I absolutely love the connection to the Eastern knowledge of the human body & find it invaluable. I recommend this book to anyone who cares about their body.
