Outstanding work Google. This gem, that appears to be from the University of Michigan library, is spot on. The topics discussed on teacher quality and methods of instruction are still relevant today. From his first task as secretary of education in Massachusetts, "...to diffuse as widely as possible, throughout every part of the Commonwealth, information of the most approved and successful methods of arranging the studies and conducting the education of the young." Our country is still exhaustively researching instructional methods of the education system. Thanks again Google!
