I found this book really beneficial to my knowledge on this specific subject of exercise. I supremely enjoyed all 425 pages and the knowledge they provided me with. Even though the book was written in 2006 I found it really, really, really modernised to 2018 expectations. when I was reading this book I felt a GROSS amount of joy coursing through my veins, which I learnt about in the book. Veins have a large lumen. I also learnt that fact from the book of mass fitness knowledge that has 425 pages. So I ask you what is your opinion on this book? Valves prevent backflow.
