About the author (1995)

Paul Tingay, a history graduate, is the author of three novels, two films and several wildlife books, mainly on Southern Africa. One of his finest accomplishments is Wildlife Africa, a tribute to the people, landscapes and wildlife in Africa. He is an enthusiastic traveller who frequently visits Rio.
