1930. And Sumerian origin of Egyptian hieroglyphs, with 21 plates, 97 text illustrations and 2 maps. In spite of the advances in our knowledge of ancient Egypt, two basic questions of magnitude remain outstanding in as great uncertainty as in the days of Herodotus. These are the question of the origin of the civilization of the country, and the question of the dates of its kings and dynasties. The author attempts to answer these questions in this work.

Wadell's made a brave attempt to tie down historical figures to dates by comparing Indus Valley Seals with the Sumerian King List has many valid points.
He was obviously immersed in this subject
and does go into a lot of detail of his methodology which will go way over most people's heads.
His dates, like any will be called into question with new Radio Carbon dates, but we don't get many today who conduct this level of study and it is a fascinating read if you are into your Sumerian and Indus valley kings!
