I thought this book was really good. It doesn't just talk about concentration per se but also explores common issues like motivation, discipline and procrastination that are all linked back to basically, 'Concentrate and if you want to, you can do anything!' kind of attitude. As to its writing style, it's really an easy and enjoyable read that is absolutely motivational. ^_^
