A revolutionary way of thinking about the types of food we consume and how it affects us. At times, difficult to hear, the intuitively sound arguments of author Douglas Graham, may explain why Americans are becoming increasingly ill and how society was misled. The difficulty lies in keeping the unhealthy, (majority), of food away from our palates. Raw vegan foods are increasingly difficult to obtain, while the readily available, affordable options are replete and misleading.
