About the author

Diane Schoemperlen is the author of the acclaimed novel "In the Language of Love", & of five short story collections including "Forms of Devotion" (Viking) & "The Man of My Dreams", which was nominated for Canada's Governor General's Award for fiction. Her work has appeared widely in anthologies & magazines, including Ms. & Story. She lives in Kingston, Ontario.
