Cary Cooper is Professor of Organizational Psychology at the Manchester School of Management (UMIST) where he is also Pro-Vice-Chancellor.

Chris Argyris is James B Conant Professor of Educational and Organizational Behaviour at the Graduate School of Business, Harvard University.
