The Martin Murphy Family SagaMartin Murphy (1807-1884), son of Martin Murphy and Mary Foley, was born in Ireland. His family emigrated in 1820 and settled in Frampton, Quebec. He and his sister Margaret followed in 1828. He married Mary Bolger in 1831. They migrated to Missouri and later to California where they settled in Santa Clara. |
