About the author (2006)

Keith Abel is the charismatic owner of Abel & Cole, the UK’s biggest organic home delivery service. He lives with his wife, two children and their dog in Hampshire and is passionate about enjoying good, wholseome food. He has won a Queen’s award for sustainable development in industry.
