FIRST:The subject is of serious interest to me, particularly ornamental
turning. I was dismayed to find three successive figures missing #137, #138, #139 and two blank pages in their place at page 119. I cannot comment on what might have caused the pages to go missing but two blank pages should have been seen with the most cursory proofreading.
SECOND:The text is not searchable and that is a serious handicap in a technical book. Bookmarking would have been a convenience.
Given its faults I will wait until someone does a better job than Google and UMich.
