This is not your ordinary sports book.
As Dirk Hayhurst chronicles his struggles to make it to The Show by toiling in the not so glamorous life of the minor leagues he looks inside of himself to
discover if has what it takes to not only be a Big League Pitcher, but also what it takes to be a man.
This is a good read even if you are not a baseball fan.
