6-pack abs for the first time in my life !
Easy to read and easy to follow, quite simply the best &
easiest diet plan to follow.
At 20 years of age weighing at 207 pounds with 29%
body fat I thought I was to be fat & depressed for the
rest of my life. I cannot give this book enough praise,
its brilliant and the diet works !
Just 4 months on the plan and I now weigh 152 pounds
with only 11% body fat while only exercising for 40
minutes 4 days a week and amazingly very little cardio!
For anyone who doubts the theories posed in this book I
say you couldn't be more wrong. Thank you men's health!
