Artist Ingeborg Luscher has shown widely throughout Europe, and in this book she turns her attention to the dead kulbi fish for sale in a Korean market. Using little more than these fish and yellow twine, Luscher transforms an everyday scene into an illuminating project. The Korean market Kwangju thus becomes the backdrop for Luscher's enterprise, whereby the symbolic nature of her work becomes suggested in an unorthodox manner.
