About the author (1992)


Jennifer Carless has written previously on international political and defense issues. She holds a bachelor's degree in French and Spanish and a master's degree in international policy studies. She has lived in London, Paris, Madrid, and Geneva, and last known to be residing in northern California. She is a member of the Author's Guild and an avid traveler and music lover.
