About the author (2004)

Foley is an expert trainer on international sales and marketing. He has worked over 15 years in international marketing, sales, and corporate management. He is Director of the International Trade Center at Bradley University, Peoria, IL., and works with th NAFTA Opportunity Center. He serves as Vice President for the National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators. He received his MBA from the London Business School at the University of London.
