About the author (2007)

Paul Reevs is an accomplished training and development professional with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact instruction and improving the skills of thousands of students.  Paul is the founder of Phoenix Process & Performance Improvement, LLC (Phoenix PPI) where he continues to study the learning process, identify barriers, and generate dynamic solutions that improve learner performance.  He possesses a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and he holds certifications as a Microsoft Office Master Instructor, Associate Certification in Project Management from the George Washington University, and is a faculty member for the University of Phoenix.  He currently resides in Phoenix Arizona with his wife Roseann and their three children Justin, Travis, and Marissa.
