Dr. Deanna Minich is an author, scientist, speaker, teacher, and artist. She is an internationally recognized health expert with more than twenty years of experience in nutrition, mind-body health, and functional medicine. She has authored six books on health and over fifteen scientific publications, including Whole Detox: A 21-Day Personalized Program to Break Through Barriers in Every Area of Your Life (HarperOne, 2016).
