MANFRED F. R. KETS DE VRIES is professor of organizational behavior and management policy, Faculty of Management, McGill University, and is currently visiting professor in social psychology of management, Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. He is also a practicing psychoanalyst. DANNY MILLER is associate professor of management policy and organization theory, Faculty of Management, McGill University, and at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Montreal.
