A fabulous guide to cake decorating. Like the previous reviewer, I found the actual cake recipes so-so, however the actual decorating component of the book is fantastic. If you've got a bit of patience, this book will help beginner decorators to decorate cakes that will wow everybody! Read full review

Paris is passionate about making cakes and loves the joy they bring to her friends and customers. Paris purchased the internationally acclaimed cake shop Planet Cake in 2003 and the business has continued to develop since that time and is now an integral part of the Sydney food scene.
