\Douglas W. Spencer has been with IBM for more than 18 years and has extensive international experience in consulting and technical marketing of IBM software. He lives in Somers, New York. Ron Sebastian is the technical assistant to the vice president of development in the Lotus Software division at IBM. He lives in Ancaster, Ontario.
