Great book, but outrageously priced both in paper and e-book formats. The public funds much of the research that goes into books like these, often funds the authors too, and usually funds the university libraries who are the only ones who can afford to buy them (if they can). In the meatime the publishers get rich and the public - which has paid for this 10 times over - gets no access to them. Mind you, some university publishers are just as bad (looking at you CUP, OUP). The academic publishing industry is a joke. Does more to hinder research and its dissemination than just about anything else I know.
