Page 1 - Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatises of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 4 (e) of the Civil Service Retirement Act, as amended, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: "No interest shall be charged for any period of separation from the service which began before October 1, 1956.
