Having read several books concerning the changing of habits, I found this book to be the best. The three concepts of relate, repeat and reframe, are not only easy to remember, I believe they are spot on. The fact of the matter is change doesn't come easily. The points made and the examples given convince the reader that change isn't something that comes with incremental effort. It usually requires larger steps in directions we typically are not comfortable with. But done correctly, change can be achieved, and it can last.
