I must say I am a 'fan' of Dr. WW. Wiersbe from his days with Back to the Bible. I could read many of his books in the past. The Bible Exposition Commentary is one of the best expository Bible Commentaries I have read.
It is the famous 'be' series the victor books published. His approach is simple. Not only he explains the passage well, he also encourages and challenges the readers from that passage. He does not confuse the reader with various ideas and interpretations. He brings out the message of that text and thus the Bible passage becomes meaningful and lively for the reader. Every christian should have one set of this commentary. This book helps us to understand the message of that particular scripture portion.
But, I have experienced one thing, when we do a serious and systematic Bible study, it is always better to read this commentary at the last. Because this commentary is SO good that we may not think further on that passage!
