About the author (2008)

GAYLE WALKER, an American artist whose work showed a deep appreciation of Maya culture, lived in Mexico for over twenty-five years. KIKI SUÁREZ is an artist and psychotherapist who has lived in San Cristóbal de las Casas in Chiapas, Mexico, since 1977.
