She also acquired two of each chef's favourite recipes, for a total of 52 dishes you can use to recreate a Las Vegas fine-dining experience. In addition, the full-page food photography is spectacular. It's a great gift for anyone who enjoys eating at the top-shelf Las Vegas restaurants.

About the author (2005)

Sarah Lee Marks has eaten her way around the world. A former radio talk-show host, she shares her passion for cars and cuisine through speaking engagements and a weekly newspaper column. Marks also participates in many community initiatives, including the local chapter of Women Chefs and Restauranteurs and the International Wine and Food Society. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to area food banks and scholarships for culinary education. She resides in Henderson, Nevada, with her husband Norman and their daughter Rebecca.
