Song of the Stone
A book about the lifting of the tapu on the greenstone trail, and about the writing of 'Song of Waitaha'. It is the account of a spiritual journey, describing links between ancient cultures here and in North America. Barry Brailsford has also written 'The tattooed land' and 'Greenstone trails'. He was awarded the MBE for services to education and Maori scholarship in 1990.
